What is the Medallion Carrier Program?

Through our technology platform, carriers can provide real-time load tracking and shipment visibility, keeping customers informed while improving communication and delivery performance from pickup to final delivery.
Who can become a carrier with Medallion?
We welcome qualified carriers operating dry vans, flatbeds, reefers, step decks, power-only units, specialized equipment, and other commercial transportation services. Carriers must meet our insurance, safety, and compliance requirements as well as accept MacroPoint load tracking.
How do I become an approved carrier?
Complete our Carrier Registration form and submit the required documentation on our Carrier Program page. Our carrier onboarding team will review your information and guide you through the approval process as quickly as possible.
How long does the approval process take?
In most cases, once all required documentation has been received and verified, approval can be completed within one business day. Processing times may vary depending on documentation and compliance verification.
What types of freight does Medallion offer?
We move a wide range of freight, including dry van, flatbed, refrigerated, LTL, specialized, oversized, expedited, and project freight across numerous industries.
How are loads assigned?
Our brokerage team works directly with approved carriers to match available freight with your equipment, location, and capacity. Electronic rate confirmations are sent with load information. We strive to build long-term relationships by providing consistent opportunities whenever possible.
How and when do carriers get paid?
Payment terms are outlined in the carrier agreement. Our accounting team processes payments in 28 days via ACH or check.
Can I haul freight in multiple states?
Yes. Medallion works with carriers operating throughout the contiguous United States, providing regional and nationwide freight opportunities.
