In efforts to continue providing customer service to our agents and owner operator family, Medallion has implemented an After-Hours position. The goal of this position is to aid our agents and owner operators with certain requests that occur after the normal business hours.

Sandra Vazquez is a part of the driver services team as our Night Operations Representative. She has been working diligently with each department to learn a variety operational and safety processes and procedures.

Sandra will be working Monday-Friday 2pm EST – 11pm EST with a break from 7pm-8pm. Below is a list of items that can be executed by Sandra during those hours.

Tasks:

  • Issue after hour Comdata requests From Management or Agents for lumpers and/or tolls
  • Process and Update Broker Carrier packages
  • Update Qualification Files
  • Help Owner Operators with basic settlement questions
  • Process Repair Requests by owner operator through Medallion’s Maintenance Provider (Ameriquest)
  • Take after hours accident and/or incident calls.
