In an effort to continue providing customer service to our agents and owner operator family, Medallion has revamped the After-Hours Support.  The goal is to aid our agents and owner operators with certain requests that occur after the normal business hours.

Tasks:

  • Issue after hour Comdata requests From Management or Agents for lumpers and/or tolls
  • Process and Update Broker Carrier packages
  • Update Qualification Files
  • Process Repair Requests by owner operator through Medallion’s Maintenance Provider (ARI)
  • Take after hours accident and/or incident calls.
