Owner Operator Referral Bonus - Medallion Transport & Logistics

Please complete the entire form and submit to driverservices@medalliontrans.com. Make sure to do so within 7 days from the referred Owner-Operator’s first scheduled load pickup – we want to make sure you get the credit!
The $1,500 bonus will be paid to the referring driver or agent after the referred Owner-Operator is leased for 90 days and has generated a minimum of $20k in gross linehaul revenue.
Safety is our number one priority! Therefore, the safety record of the Owner Operator being referred will be reviewed during the bonus program period.
